In this book by Dom “Doochie” Cook, we gain interesting insights about beer and various beer styles. The book is written in a way that speaks to American culture and community. Mr. Cook talks about his experiences in the beer industry and the need for more diversity. Thankfully, the situation is quickly improving but there is still a lot of work to do. Consider “This Ain’t The Beer That You’re Used To” if you wish to learn more about Mr. Cook’s personal journey with beer and read why he thinks that when it comes to beer, many of us need to open our eyes and be willing to try new things.
