1. **No Refunds**:  We regret to inform you that we cannot accept refunds or returns on any of our liquor products. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. **Damaged or Defective Products**:  In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to address the issue and ensure your satisfaction. Proof of damage may be required, such as clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

3. **Order Errors**:  If there is an error with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or an incorrect quantity, please notify us within 3 of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
